Our client is looking for a trade qualified Foreman to join their company. They are a growing Remedial service Company based in the Eastern Suburbs, they offer building remediation services to residential and the commercial sector in the area.

You will need to be hands on, have at least 4 years’ experience, trade qualified, whether its building, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical, must have great communication skills and a high level of organisational skills.

**ABOUT THE POSITION**:
Reporting to the Director - As a Working Foreman you will be responsible for:

- Required to be on the tools where needed
- Management of the site works for multiple projects
- Forward planning of works and scheduling works
- Direct liaison with clients, staff and key personnel
- Control and assurance of the safety and compliance of the workforce
- Manage the performance of direct labour and subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of OH&S in the workplace
