We are looking for a Receptionist to join an Accounting and Taxation firm located in Boronia. Join the fun and friendly team at Knox Tax which services the needs of small to medium-sized local business owners, individuals and property investors.

We are looking for a Receptionist preferably with some experience. Training and support is provided. This is a permanent part-time role with an attractive salary of $33 an hour with working days of Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 22.5 hours a week and the opportunity to work more hours in the future. However, flexibility is offered with days worked.

**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Booking meetings and appointments
- Keeping the reception and office areas tidy
- Answering and making phone calls
- Stationery/Office supply maintenance and ordering
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team
- Problem-solving skills
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Loves dealing with people
- Ability to multitask
- Friendly with a can-do, positive attitude
