**Your main duties / responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Supervising, mentoring and leading Security Officers within their teams
- Compliance with contractual requirements, monitoring and allocating resources to ensure timely completion of requests in line with Service Specification priorities
- Maintain and provide the required compliance reporting documentation to support operations and keep Supervisor / Line Manager informed.
- Administrative tasks relating to rostering, time and attendance, payroll, budgeting, leave to ensure compliance with Enterprise Agreement

**Skills and Experience**
- SA Security Licence with appropriate endorsements
- Experience as a Security Officer in a Healthcare Environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to develop positive working relationship with team members, staff, hospital employees and wider community
- Comprehensive theoretical and practical understanding of current Aggression Management and de-escalation procedures and standards.
- Demonstrate comprehensive computer literacy skills, including the use of Microsoft Office systems and Security Management Systems
- Experience allocating resources to ensure compliance of dedicated, scheduled and unscheduled tasks within agreed timeframes
- Effective time-management skills to prioritise workload to deliver on required scope and services
