We're offering an exciting **internal opportunity for experienced and motivated Security Officers**to step up into the role of Security Team Leader. If you have a passion for mentoring others, maintaining high standards, and want to play a key role in service delivery at the Royal Adelaide Hospital — this is your chance

**What you will do**:

- Lead a dedicated team of 15+ Security Officers
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, rosters, and service delivery
- Be a first point of contact for staff and support site safety and compliance
- Gain experience in a leadership position while building your career with Downer

**What you will need**:

- Cert II in Security & Current SA Security Licence (mandatory)
- WWCC and First Aid incl. CPR (mandatory)
- At least 3 years’ experience in a healthcare or similar environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and admin skills
- Confidence with rostering, systems, and frontline leadership

**Desirable**: Cert III in Security, experience with Enterprise Agreements and team supervision.
