**Position**:Funding Operations Officer

**Role Type: Permanent**

**My Main Focus**
- Establish customer files and input into Quantum ensuring all AML requirements are met
- Create deals in Quantum
- Contribute to the daily management of the Treasury work queue
- Load customer SSI’s (Standard Settlement Instructions)
- Issue daily Rate Sheets
- Respond to client queries (including quotes)
- Contribute to the daily management of investor maturities
- Process Intermediary invoices
- Understand TMM targets
- Understand key relationship contacts, relevant third parties and internal customers to produce successful business results
- Identify recommend and implement process improvements to the Treasury Money Market Function

**Experience**
- No specific qualification required
- Previous experience in banking or financial services preferred
- Understanding of deposit products
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Recent AML/CTF knowledge preferred
- Previous customer data entry experience preferred
- Strong time management skills
