**Job Description Summary**

This role provides specialized, product-aligned support to portfolio managers, serving as the primary point of contact for all investment operations inquiries. The position involves producing high-quality, gold-standard data with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and output quality. Responsible for tasks in supporting a wide range of portfolios, investment trusts, mutual funds, ETFs and other pooled vehicles.

**Core Responsibilities**

2. Leads process improvements efforts, completes comprehensive analysis, and recommends solutions.

3. Documents procedures across all fund and investment product types. Leverages fund and investment operational knowledge to aid in the production of gold copy data and enhance output.

4. Maintains communication with internal and external partners to resolve process and reconciliation issues. Oversees the research and implement complex process improvements.

5. Identifies opportunities for process improvements and proactively proposes solutions. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

6.Engage and collaborate with internal partners, including compliance, risk management, and IT teams, to provide comprehensive support.

7. Oversee the tracking of internal events, perform thorough incident analysis, and incorporate findings into process improvements.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of two years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve operational issues, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Experience with process enhancement and workflow optimization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
