**About the role**:
My client is looking for a driven and passionate Payroll Manager to join their organisation based on the Lower North Shore. This is a fairly urgent position and they are looking for someone to start ASAP This FMCG organisation is very flexible and has an excellent working culture, they are known in their industry for this.

**The Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Remuneration and Benefits Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Processing Australian Payroll, back up for NZ Payroll
- Prepare all related reporting and required analytics
- Plan and assist with the payroll project implementation
- Manage a small team (1 direct report)
- Previous experience offshoring a team

**The successful applicant**
- Previous experience in Payroll Manager/ Senior Payroll role.
- Excellent Communication skills, friendly personality to liaise with suppliers
- Previous experience using Chris21 is a nice to have
- NZ Payroll Experience is a nice to have
- Strong payroll & tax knowledge
