**The Opportunity**:
A major global financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Guest Relations Associate assist with Front of House operations. Working within a team environment, you will be the face of the company and provide a professional, personal and engaging interaction for any clients and staff using the in-house meeting facilities.

**The Role**:
The role is being offered on a 4 week temporary assignment to cover leave in the team. There may be opportunity for extension or future reception cover opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a top-tier organisation and develop your skills and experience.
- Providing the first point of contact for any client entering the building.
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Managing the coordination of meeting room.
- Working with the broader business services team to ensure the needs of the business and clients are met for meetings and events.
- Ensuring you are delivering first class service at all times.

**About You**:

- At least 1-2 years experience in a corporate reception or hotel environment
- Experience and capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability and eagerness to build strong relationships with staff and clients
- Immaculate and professional presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and punctual
- Ability to work within a small team and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
