**The opportunity**

Coregas has an opportunity for a Technical Sales Representative to join our team at our Jandakot, Western Australia site. The duties will include:

- Manage business relationships with existing accounts and generate new business opportunities to achieve sales budget by providing solution-based technical sales value.
- Maintaining relationships and regular contact with customers and vendors to ensure they are informed about market trends, new technology and innovations within the business by attending industry meetings, seminars, and trainings.
- Demonstrating the use of equipment and automation solutions, including but not limited to welding carriages and robots to achieve maximum precision and efficiency during mass production.
- Conduct external training for manufacturing customers on how to handle, transport, use, and store products in accordance with Australian Standards such as AS 4332 and AS 1894.
- Provide manufacturing companies with gas management solutions by assessing the most cost-effective container size based on their consumption.
- Create a strong pipeline of business by developing and maintaining long term and commercially profitable relationships with industrial metalworking companies targeting the construction, structural, fabrication, commercial, and automotive industries.
- Recommend boilermakers and production managers the appropriate equipment and consumable replacement parts to attain maximum equipment performance and safety.
- Utilise your technical expertise to grow your allocated territory by identifying, cultivating, and winning new business opportunities through demonstrating technical knowledge to meet customer needs.
- Develop schedule for visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and maintain relationships.
- Monitoring customers' changing needs and competitor activity, and reporting these developments to sales management.
- Quoting and negotiating prices and business terms.
- Arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of services.
- Develop call schedule to contact clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services purchased, and resolving any customer issues with the customer service team.
- Additional operational tasks may include visiting customer sites to conduct gas cylinder audits as required.

The remuneration will be circa $80,000 to $90,000.
