about the role

Chevron Australia has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the Administrative Support team. Reporting to the Administration Support Team Lead, this permanent role will be based in Chevron's new building at One The Esplanade.

This role will provide administrative & office support to non-executive employees, departments & functions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating and performing a range of staff and/or operational support activities; serving as a liaison with other teams in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational challenges.- Roster management coordination for our rotational site-based workforce to ensure sufficient coverage of all shift panels.- Establishing, maintaining, and updating files, databases, records, and/or other documents; developing and maintaining data, and perform routine analysis and calculations in the processing of data for recurring internal reports.- Preparing or assisting with the preparation of scheduled and/or ad hoc statistical and written reports.- Gathering and anlayzing forecasting information for leadership.
