**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Warehousing/Operation Team Lead to oversee & participate in our warehouse and Integration centre operations and activities. Operation Team Lead responsibilities include performing an array of functions that will lead to increased efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
You must be an Australian citizen/Perm Resident for this role.

**Role Responsibilities**: - Act as the integration point between members of Datacom teams and key stakeholders to ensure solutions delivered meet the customer’s business needs and challenges.
- Ensure that Datacom’s obligations under the terms of the customers’ contract are met.
- Participate in resource planning and scheduling to ensure availability of resources for continued delivery of services in accordance with agreed timeframes and SLA’s.
- Manage risk and impact of customer requests, identifying service implications.
- Be part of an effective team that works collaboratively toward achieving the organisation’s goals.
- Manage & participate in warehouse activities such as Shipping, receiving, unloading trucks and checking in Equipment.
- Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of equipment received or distributed. Assist in counting of physical inventory.

- Work with key stakeholders to ensure BCP
- Displays a high level of operational discipline, ensuring Datacom and client processes, policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.

Requirements - Minimum experience of 4-5 years warehousing operational management
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication ability
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Understanding of OH&S requirements.
- Forklift license optional - onsite training provided.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy packages and objects within OH&S guidelines
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Have a meticulous and efficient work ethic
