**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Operation Team Lead to oversee & participate in our warehouse and Integration centre operations and activities. Operation Team Lead responsibilities include performing an array of functions that will lead to increased efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

**Role Responsibilities**: - Act as the integration point between members of Datacom teams and key stakeholders to ensure solutions delivered meet the customer’s business needs and challenges.
- Ensure that Datacom’s obligations under the terms of the customers’ contract are met.
- Participate in resource planning and scheduling to ensure availability of resources for continued delivery of services in accordance with agreed timeframes and SLA’s.
- Manage risk and impact of customer requests, identifying service implications.
- Be part of an effective team that works collaboratively toward achieving the organisation’s goals.
- Manage & participate in warehouse activities such as Shipping, receiving, unloading trucks and checking in Equipment.
- Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of equipment received or distributed. Assist in counting of physical inventory.
- Lead of Integration Centre activities
- SOE deployment, device configuration, Autopilot/Intune configuration
- capability, process, quality assurance, technology, continuous improvement and people development
- Field services
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure BCP
- Displays a high level of operational discipline, ensuring Datacom and client processes, policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.

Requirements - Minimum experience of 5 years operational management
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication ability
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Understanding of OH&S requirements.
- Forklift license optional - onsite training provided.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy packages and objects within OH&S guidelines
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Have a meticulous and efficient work ethic
