Join HomeStart Finance and take up the challenge of leading the BI function to new heights in terms of capability and business impact.

You will have a strong background in business intelligence reporting and expertise across the MS BI stack, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, R, along with recent experience with Power BI and dashboard presentation. Your front-end skills will ideally be complimented with a sound conceptual understanding of data warehouse principles, structures and architectures, and an ability to oversee the technical management of the SQL Server based Data Warehouse environment.

Professionally you will enjoy the breadth of responsibilities this role brings including:

- Overall leadership of the BI function and a small team.
- Ongoing strategic and tactical development of the BI service.
- Lifting and developing reporting and analytical capability (technical and functional) across the business.
- Close collaboration with the IS team and external consultants relating to the provision and maintenance of the Data Warehouse.
- Hands on consulting across the business and report development.
- Data governance.

HomeStart are undertaking a comprehensive core systems replacement program. The BI team will be involved in projects designed to ensure the ongoing integration of BI reporting with these new systems.
