**Wilson Security** is seeking an experienced
**Accounts Payable Officer** to join their vibrant team.
***Located in Essendon Fields with onsite parking available.

Very busy role with
**full training provided** and ongoing support.

The Security sector being a unique industry requires someone who is flexible with the processing and matching of invoices due to the nature of the business dealing with internal stakeholders and external subcontractors.

**The role**:

- Accounts payable and processing invoices for VIC & TAS
- $65k - $70k + super salary
- Monday to Friday with flexible start time - 8.30am. 9.00am or 9.30am
- Reporting to the Senior Accountant
- Very busy hands on role
- Ad hoc admin duties if required.
- Communicating daily with subcontractors & Internal stakeholders
- 150 invoices on average daily
- Reconciling subcontractors invoices against rostering system

**About You**:

- Likes a busy environment
- Good communication skills
- Extremely strong organisational skills
- Minimum one years Accounts Payable experience
- **Excellent Excel skills** and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Works well within a team environment.
- Must have full working rights.

Tertiary qualifications highly regarded but not required if supported by experience.

NO security Licence is required.
