Due to recent internal promotions we are recruiting multiple Customer Experience Associates to be part of our two retail brands; Boutique Homes and Homebuyers Centre.

**What's on offer?**:
Our Customer Experience Associates are responsible for admin and customer support to ensure we provide an awesome customer journey in the prebuild phase of homes. They make frequent outbound calls that support our customer service delivery, taking a proactive approach to customer contact.

As a Customer Experience Associate you will be provided with training, development and an opportunity to own your career from a Customer Experience Associate to Coordinator and beyond

The role involves:

- Proactive calls to customers
- Updating and logging customer file notes
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
- Support for the Customer Experience Coordinators with admin
