The Role

You'll be part of a team that helps customers turn their dream home into reality. This role focuses on Knockdown Rebuild customers, guiding them through the pre-construction journey – from sales acceptance to construction start.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Delivering top-notch customer service during pre-construction
  • Making sure contracts hit deadlines
  • Meeting KPIs and site start budgets
  • Keeping projects moving through key milestones
  • Communicating with stakeholders to keep everything on track
