**About the role**
- Perfect opportunity for an Administrator to get into the higher education/RTO industry. All facets of administration, providing support to campus-based students by ensuring the enquiry processing and provision of information and support is completed within the established time frames.
- This role will be located at their Rockingham campus.**Key responsibilities**
- Coordinate the effective operation and administration of the campus including campus administration and building maintenance
- Provide support to students from enrolment through to commencement. Assist with all classroom and workplace-based training enquiries
- Provide administrative support to Trainers and other team members as required
- Ensure all aspects of enrolments are communicated, documented and implemented in the required time frames to a high professional standard
- Coordinate orientation and induction for all commencing classroom students
- Conducting satisfaction surveys for classroom students and reporting findings to the State Manager and other relevant stakeholders
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including WHS and internal audits and identify non-compliance issues and advise the manager
- Provide friendly and efficient front desk and phone support to all students and guests of the college
**About you**
- Previous experience in Administration/similar role
- Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role
- Effective communication, verbal and written
- Well developed time management skills
- Knowledge and experience using student management systems (VETTRAK or similar desired)
