A** leading national firm **is seeking a talented back-end focused **Construction Lawyer **to join its national practice in **Melbourne**. This team is known for its expertise in managing varied and large-scale projects across sectors, including social infrastructure, renewables, commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

**The Role**:
In this role, you will assist clients on complex construction projects, working with a mix of project owners (including Government), head contractors, subcontractors, and consultants. While the primary focus is back-end construction work, you will also have opportunities to develop front-end drafting skills. This position offers a collaborative environment with a commitment to client outcomes and professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- ** 3-4 years of post-admission experience (PAE) **in back-end construction
- Strong knowledge of the construction sector
- Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive approach to client service
- Desire to develop technical capability and contribute to a high-performing team
