This role will oversee the end to end claims management process for complex major loss property claims in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth

- Permanent full time role

**The role will include, but not limited to**:

- Oversee the entire claims management process for complex major loss property claims from start to finish.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through verbal, written, and face-to-face interactions.
- Assist and support individuals throughout their recovery journey.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years experience handling high-value commercial property claims.
- Previous background in insurance claims.
- Experience in ISR is highly valued.
- Exhibit a customer-centric approach with a genuine concern for people.
- Display confidence in decision-making and empowerment, complemented by actively listening and guiding stakeholders through the claims process with empathy.
- Showcase proficiency in computer skills, adaptability to new systems, effective prioritization of work, and a willingness to seek assistance when needed.
- Hold delegated authority with a limit ranging from $150,000 to $500,000.
