About the role

As a Supply Planner, you will our Supply Chain team at the National Support Office based in Melbourne. Reporting to the Lead Supply Planner, you will create optimal supply and inventory plans that balance demand fulfilment, customer service, inventory and cost-to-serve targets for our globally sourced and FIW product ranges.

You will act as a true business partner, working collaboratively with the Merchandise, Global Sourcing and Supply Chain teams to review current performance and identify opportunities to drive better business outcomes.

What's involved:

- Manage stock flow to achieve best in class stock availability
- Analyse stock levels to ensure inventory is being optimised across the supply chain
- Partner with stakeholders to drive better business outcomes and strong cross functional relationships
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure agreed service parameters are being met. Develop and action strategies to achieve desired outcomes
- Tailor stock flow to support events, marketing, and advertising programs
- Drive a robust Sales & Operations planning process.

Who we’re looking for:
You will bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence positive business outcomes. You will enjoy collaborating with others and have effective stakeholder management skills.

You are analytical, with a high attention to detail and ability to effectively problem solve to drive solutions. You are proactive, with a desire for continuous improvement and outstanding customer service; using your time management skills to prioritise work and target value add initiatives.

You’ll need:

- Demonstrated experience in merchandising, supply chain or similar, with a focus on planning, replenishment & analysis
- Relevant tertiary education preferred
- S&OP experience preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience utilising planning systems such as Oracle, Demand Solutions (DSX) or similar
