**The Role**

We are now seeking a VIP Manager to join our Global Luxury client in their Bondi location.

Our client is an iconic Australian Label with stand-alone stores across Australia, the United States, UK and Europe. The brand is stocked in the globes most premium online stores and in a fashion leader known for their original prints and beautifully made luxury pieces.

The VIP Manager will be the ultimate brand ambassador, responsible for creating lasting relationships with both new and existing clientele and provide exceptional service levels to ensure that clients enjoy an elevated luxury shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- The purpose of the VIP Manager is to deliver an unparalleled experience to all VIP clients within your home boutique. This position is heavily incentivised with a strong commission scheme to support you to achieve set sales targets within your position. _

The VIP Manager will develop strong relationships and sales outcomes through the following responsibilities:

- Proactively building relationships and rapport with all clients
- Develop an understanding of your clients’ fashion and lifestyle preferences
- Identify client trends season on season and provide feedback to Buying Team
- Ensure that sales leads are identified and prioritised in your daily workload
- Provide regular feedback to Store Manager relating to stock issues that may impact sales
- Acquire and grow the client database through engaging and maintaining professional relationships
- Organise appointments in accordance to the launches, re-cuts, pre-orders and new seasons ‘customer requests’
- Obtain and add accurate client details to the database
- Follow through on all new client leads, introducing the brand and engaging the client with the service and benefits
- Demonstrate exemplary standards of client service to all clients, in line with brand expectations
- Manage client expectations around waiting lists for high demand items and maximise sales achieved from waiting lists
- Keep confidential all client information communicated or recorded
- Communicate any product feedback to Store Management Team
- Ensure all communication carried out in store is done so in line with policies and procedures
- Ensure all communication from other stores, Head Office and Management is responded to in a timely manner, or as required
- Utilise CRM platform to organise appointments and any service communication with clients
- Create detailed client profiles on CRM platform, logging communication and setting reminders to assist in client development
- Communicate with client base and local network to propose event host for in-store shopping events
- Coordinate with Retail and PR team event details in line with event expectations and manage RSVP’s and guest list
- Host Celebrity and Media dressing appointments in store when directed by PR team
- Complete admin responsibilities such as managing client reports
- Manage and control the Weekly and Monthly expenses relevant to your role
- Ensure that administration is carried out accurately and efficiently
- A minimum of 12 + months experience in a VIP or clienteling focused position
- Ideally you will bring a curated list of VIP clients to introduce to the brand from your previous personal and professional networks
- A strong track record for growing and developing relationships and building long term client success
- Luxury experience will be viewed favourably for this position
