As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery for our clinics across the NSW/ACT/WA business unit. You will act as a trusted advisor to drive high quality recruitment performance utilising best practice attraction & sourcing strategies, and enabling smart, flexible and quality hiring decisions aligning to our overall culture of collaboration, innovation and customer focus. This is a hybrid and flexible working arrangement, with a base at our Sydney CBD office.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: from briefing and advertising to screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management
- Partner with clinic and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions
- Design and execute sourcing strategies using multiple recruiting tools
- Build talent pipelines for critical roles and future growth across clinical and corporate functions
- Coach and support hiring managers on recruitment best practices, compliance, and inclusive hiring
- Collaborate with the broad People & Culture team on broader talent and culture initiatives
- Travel occasionally to clinics to build relationships and support local hiring

**Who You Are**
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in high-volume environments and/or healthcare
- Confident and credible in advising stakeholders and driving recruitment outcomes
- Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Enjoy building stakeholder capability and sharing recruitment knowledge
- Comfortable with flexible work arrangements and occasional travel
