Our Client Is a Top south West Sydney based firm who has a great reputation in the region for Clientele satisfaction.

We are seeking a strata manager to take on a medium sized portfolio, we offer flexible working arrangements (including working from home to allow for a work life balance)

**The Role;**
Working in a professional and fun working environment, we are seeking an individual focused on the customer. Working closely with a well-established team, you will exceed all clients’ expectations. You will be responsible for:

- Management of a small - medium sized portfolio
- Attending Meetings as required
- We can tailor your portfolio to suit your skills
- Strata License Class 2 or Certificate of registration minimum
- Minimum 1+ years as a Strata Manager
- Knowledge of complex schemes, large buildings and BMC’s
- Well presented, articulate with excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Outstanding customer service and organisational skills
