We are urgently seeking experienced **Gardeners** on a sub-contract basis to take over a gardening run in the **Liverpool, NSW area.**

Clean Green Strata (CGS) provides complete programmed maintenance services to the strata industry. With specialist divisions in strata cleaning, gardening, lawn mowing, building management, and bin management across Sydney.
- **$300 Sign on bonus - If you are successful we'll pay you $300 cash. Come and work for a great company with great rates & conditions.**_

To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in the maintenance of gardens in strata complexes. The tasks which you will be performing are as follows
- Hedging, blowing pathways, etc weeding, mulching, trimming plants. pruning, planting, small landscaping projects, etc.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications for both above positions**:

- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and customer service etiquette
- An uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and work, health and safety
- Must be a sole trader, partnership, or a company with a team NO larger than 3 employees
- Must have ABN
- Must have Public liability insurance
- Must have a current driver’s license and own transport (unbranded vehicle or have branding that can be removed off your vehicle when working for CGS)
- An uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and work, health and safety

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
