**What’s a facilitator?**

At Party Higher, a facilitator is our **party host** - the person who runs the event, gets the crowd involved, keeps the music pumping, and makes sure everyone has the best time possible.

**About the Role**
As a **Silent Disco Party Host & Facilitator**, you’ll bring our famous silent disco experiences to life across **Melbourne and surrounding suburbs**. You’ll be hosting:

- Kids’ birthday parties (in homes & venues)
- School incursions
- Festivals & community events
- Venue parties & private functions
- Corporate events & team building
- Hens nights and celebrations

From backyards to big stages, if there’s music and fun, you’ll be there to make it unforgettable.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up and pack down silent disco equipment (headphones, transmitters, etc.)
- Hand out headsets and operate our pre-curated party playlists
- Lead games and activities to keep guests engaged
- Maintain a fun, high-energy atmosphere
- Look after our equipment during event
- Travel to events across Melbourne & suburbs (venues, homes, schools, festivals)

**What We Offer**
- **$45/hour (including super) - 3-hour minimum per event**:

- Choose your shifts - accept or decline as they suit you
- Travel only to areas you’re comfortable with
- Ongoing casual work for standout facilitators
- Work where fun is part of the job description

**What You’ll Need**
- Your own ABN
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Full driver’s license + reliable car with decent boot space
- Confident, energetic personality and strong communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Working with chidlren: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (required)
