We are looking for an experienced Administrator who has the ability to work cohesively within a small team. You will need to be able to manage multiple tasks while still maintaining attention to detail.
- Continual monitoring and allocating to relevant team members
- Following up client queries
- Resource planning
- Maintaining the data accuracy
- Manage customer expectations.
- Develop relationships with our client, management and report to them with a focus on providing quality customer service.
- Clear and concise communication with all relevant suppliers and internal staff.
- Assist with Warehouse staff to complete in and out bound orders, stock on hand checks / cycle counts
- Investigating and correcting issues with stock
- Customer Service
- Warehousing Systems experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work within effectively with team members
- Excellent communication at all levels
- Ability to identify & solve problems or issues within the workspace
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in stock movement, analysing logistics and tracking performance
- Compile daily / weekly reports
- Experience within the logistics and/or warehousing and/or E-Commerce industry is an advantage but not essential
- Strong Data entry skills with accurate numeric typing skills and an attention to detail
- Positive work attitude and great work ethic, being motivated to learn the role requirements
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong planning and organisation skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to meet crucial deadlines
- Work well under pressure
- Computer systems knowledge
- A commitment to best practice and continuous improvement
- Competent in leading, keeping staff motivated and on schedule
- Customer service and administration experience essential

You will be responsible for providing quality, customer-focused administrative services to the business to enable timely control of all administrative tasks while assisting our Branch Manager in day to day running of the warehouse.

This is a full-time office based role at our Truganina office.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- administration: 5 years (required)
- transport/logistics/warehousing: 2 years (preferred)
