About the role

TLC Enterprise is seeking experienced Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team in our Truganina, Victoria warehouse. This full-time role will see you play a crucial part in our fast-paced logistics operations, ensuring the efficient processing and dispatch of goods to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
  • Receiving and unloading inbound stock and materials
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety protocols

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items
  • Forklift licence (LF and LO).
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • RF scanning and WMS Experience.
  • Computer literate.
