- **Salary ranges from $145,378 to $168,130 p.a. plus super and annual leave loading**
**About the role**
The department is embarking on a transformative Human Capital Management (HCM) Program, a multi-year, technology-enabled initiative aimed at simplifying, streamlining, and transforming key people management services across the organisation.
As the HCM Integration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the delivery of all internal and external integrations required to enable the program’s success. This role involves:
- **Leading a team of integration specialists**: You will lead a team of integration specialists to oversee the end-to-end delivery of integration from planning through to deployment for a range of internal and external integrations with the new HCM platform - SAP SuccessFactors.
- **Collaborating with stakeholders**: You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic advice to develop integration architecture and managing over 50 data integrations.
- **Managing external parties**:You will be responsible for coordinating external suppliers to establish and validate technical integrations. Your exceptional stakeholder management skills will be key in influencing and negotiating to ensure work is completed on time and meets project expectations.

**About you**:
- Substantial proven experience in leading the implementation of large and complex integration projects
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
**Essential requirements of the role**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
