Montessori Care is seeking a motivated Recruitment Officer (Intern) to join our supportive team in a paid, part-time role. About the Role

As our Recruitment Officer Intern, you'll play an important part in welcoming new support workers, assisting with candidate screening, managing enquiries, and keeping our recruitment process running smoothly. You'll gain real-world experience while being supported and trained by an experienced HR manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, professional customer service to applicants and team members
  • Assist with screening resumes and booking interviews
  • Support onboarding processes and compliance checks
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established recruitment workflows
  • Help create a positive, uplifting experience for every candidate

About You

  • Vibrant, friendly, and confident communicating with people
  • Strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn
  • Keen eye for detail and excellent organisational habits
  • Familiarity with aged care or NDIS (desirable but not required)
