A part-time opportunity is available in Bongaree to join and support the team at Bribie Realty to assist with reception, customer service and administration.

**_The Duties:_**

The specific duties of the role will be diverse and will include:

- Meeting and greeting - being the primary point of contact for valued customers and clients.
- Responding to incoming phone and in-person enquiries with a bright, enthusiastic and welcoming manner.
- Ensuring the seamless operation of the front desk.
- Administrative tasks and various general office duties as needed.
- Accurately capture and record customer data and documentation.
- Maintain good communication within the team.
- Coordinate communication between vendors, buyers, tenants and tradespeople.
- Provide support within the team as required by customer demand.

Although not essential, preference will be shown to applicants also able to offer:

- Formal certificates / qualifications in relevant fields such as Business Admin.
- Reception and administration experience.
- Real Estate Industry experience.

**_The Hours:_**

The position is part-time, scheduled initially for Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the possibility of additional days and hours as needed to accommodate business demands.
