Weekend Receptionist

**Description**:
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Weekend Receptionist to join our team In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere while assisting with sales presentations at our sales office.
This role is a great opportunity for aspiring Real Estate and Development students, or those requiring flexible weekend work, and is a great opportunity to learn from one of Australia’s mist dynamic companies - Mulpha.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospective buyers at the sales office.
Provide accurate information about available properties and community features.
Answer basic inquiries and direct more detailed questions to the sales agents as needed.
Maintain a clean, organize, and inviting sales environment.
Collect and record visitor information to support follow-up by the sales team.
Assist with marketing materials, brochures, and promotional events as required.
Occasionally provide availability for weekday shifts when needed.
Key Requirements
**Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
**Friendly & Professional Demeanor**: Approachable, warm, and able to make visitors feel comfortable.
**Independent Worker**: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude.
**Basic Real Estate Knowledge**: A plus but not required; training will be provided.
**Reliable Transportation**: Must have dependable transportation to and from the sales site.
**Real Estate**: Real Estate license highly desirable
Schedule
**Primary Work Hours**: Saturdays & Sundays, 10 AM - 4 PM.
Occasional weekday availability is preferred but not mandatory.
