NES Fircroft are working with Woodside Energy to hire a Vendor Maintenance Analyst to join their Accounts Payable / Finance team.

**Job Title**: Vendor Maintenance Analyst

**Location**: Perth CBD

**Size of team**: 5

**Roster**: Standard office week, Mon - Fri

**Hours**: 7.5 hour days

**Start date**: ASAP

**Length of contract**: 12 months

**Pay Rate**: Negotiable

**Job Role**:

- Creating new vendors & processing changes to vendor accounts
- Understanding the bank key requirements when setting up bank accounts in different currencies
- Managing the review and approval process when changing or updating bank details and other details.
- Managing queries from internal and external customers which can include Accounts Payable processes.
- Awareness with attempted fraudulent acts

**Skills Required**:

- Experience using SAP or large ERP software
- Administrative experience
- Understanding of Procurement to Pay process
- Meticulous Attention to detail
- Understanding of Foreign currencies and banking details
- Preferably a strong Accounts Payable background or exposure to Procurement
- Understanding of high risk fraudulent attempts to change bank accounts, due diligence in making any change eg; change requests & review processes
