**The Role**

The responsibilities of the successful Finance Administrator will include:
Accounts Payable (AU & NZ)
- Reconcile all vendor accounts
- liaise with suppliers for missing invoices to reconcile to statements
- liaise with suppliers to resolve standard AP issues/queries
- Post receipted invoices on Business Central
- Monitor and respond to AP queries in the joint AP inbox
- Assist with ensuring exception reports are dealt with in a timely manner
- Provide cover for Finance Coordinator during periods of leave

Accounts Receivable
- Assist with AR duties as required
- Provide cover for AR during periods of leave

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable.
- Forward-thinking skills in MS Excel.
- Previous experience to Business central ERP system is desirable.
- Special client focus to provide excellent service to business partners.
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive working supplier relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
