**System Assurance Manager**

**The position**

The Systems Assurance Manager will ensure the safety, systems and security assurance processes are effectively implemented and followed through design and construction phase of the Sydney Metro
Western Sydney Airport project. The role is responsible for:

- Supporting the safety, security and systems assurances processes as defined by the HSEQ

Director
- Ensure all the requirements of the System Safety Assurance Plan are met
- Review and assess hazard identification using the Preliminary Hazard Analysis and System

Hazard Log
- Ensure sub-system hazard identification is managed in accordance with project governance
- Participate and contribute to the review of human factors including ergonomic assessments.
- Manage the RAM process including methodology, reporting (in particular system failure and asset performance)
- Within the RAMS framework define, monitor and control life cycle cost
- Monitor and report on RAM studies and KPIs

**Experience**
- 5 years experience in railway design and construction projects
- Experience in working with driverless metro projects
- Proven experience in the implementation and management of RAMS system and processes
- Previous experience in Security, Quality Assurance and Risk Management in large scale infrastructure projects

**Qualifications**
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Science (Physics, Electronics, Power Supply, Computer

Science
- RIM and RSO accreditations (highly desirable)
