**The Opportunity**

**The Role**

You will play a crucial role in executing reception, sales admin, and marketing support for the Sales Team and provide high-standard customer service to internal and external customers at all times.

Tasks include but are not limited to:
**Sales Admin & Marketing**
- Database management and amendments
- Organise auction day marketing
- Create marketing invoices, boards, and brochures
- Create Marketing Schedules
- Arrange listing downgrades, listing bumps and brochures
- Price amendments/marking as under offer or sold
- Inputting board amendments through Briner
- Uploading properties online

**Property Management**
- Managing authorities, disclosure forms and instruction form
- General property management admin including appraisals, updating owner details etc
- Property management marketing
- Organize Keys
- File RTBA bond lodgements
- Set up new property managers in REA & Domain & arrange staff profile final photos

**Reception**
- Answer phones
- Settlement process
- Organise brochure display
- Other general reception duties
- Assign mail that comes into Property Manager
- Stay on top of stationary and supplies

**About You**
- VIC Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current VIC Police Check
- Current Victorian Driver’s License and a well maintained car
- Previous marketing and administration experience in real estate
- Sound time management skills and excellent decision making
- Ability to manage changing priorities and can maintain attention to detail when dealing with repetitive tasks.
