This leading multinational Financial Services business has a proud history of innovation and a long-term commitment to providing its customers with world-class investment services. With a presence across the globe and continuing to diversify across markets, they are seeking an Inclusion, Employee Relations & Policy Consultant for this newly created role.

Reporting into the Director, Inclusion, Employee Relations & Policy, some of your key responsibilities will include;
- Supporting the HR Business Partners and business leaders with relevant legislation and applicable policies in each global region. You will provide consultative advice and recommendations to support the HRBPs as they navigate through their case management and day-to-day operations.
- Health and Safety; keeping up to date with Covid regulations and mandates, pulling reports and ensuring vaccination records are accurate. Providing recommendations in line with government standards.
- Supporting with fostering a culture of "Psychological Safety" and working with leaders to truly embed this.
- Partnering with the business and broader team on D&I strategies. This includes drafting programs and policies, building external partnerships, and broadening the current strategy across multiple diversity pillars.
- Providing coaching and support to business leaders.
- Working with the broader team to make recommendations and adjustments to current programs in line with HR best practice.

To be considered for this role we ask you to have;
- Tertiary qualifications in HR.
- Previous HR experience within finance, banking or professional services is ideal but not required.
- Ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics and data, making meaningful recommendations.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, and a desire to be part of meaningful change.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, and influence as required.
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation.
- Strong level of commercial acumen.

This role would suit an HR Generalist with a strength and interest in either policy, ER, and/or Health & Well-being. Or perhaps an HR Project or Programs Lead that is looking to specialise.

Please note, given this is a global role there will be the occasional need to work outside of office hours, however, there is flexibility as to how you manage your workload depending on your personal circumstances.

In return, you will receive a higher paid superannuation at 12%, as well as a 10% STI. The business is in a strong position and continuing to grow and expand. You will be part of a high-performing team and have the opportunity to be coached and mentored.
