**Hey You**:
genU is looking for a **Project Administrator** **to join our longstanding, purpose driven and values based organisation to make a real difference to people’s lives on a daily basis.

The **Project Administrator** **is an integral member of the Property and Projects team with the primary responsibility of providing administration support to the Project team for approved capital projects each financial year.

You will work closely with the Construction Manager, Project Managers and Fit Out Business Partners to ensure our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

This is a full-time ongoing opportunity based at the genU support HUB in Geelong, flexible working arrangements available.

**About You**:
Our ideal **Project Administrator** **is an excellent communicator who is genuinely motivated to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a complex environment. You will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Administration experience in a construction environment;
- Experience in managing third party contactors;
- Competent computer skills including; Microsoft Excel, Teams and Planner;
- A strong attention to detail;
- Organisational and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to work autonomously.

You will also meet the following essential requirements:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain;
- All applicants will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and meet the requirements of the genU Covid-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccinations during the recruitment process.
