**JOB SUMMARY**

W Sydney is currently casting for a **Food & Beverage Supervisor** for our hustling and bustling** Living Room (Lobby Bar)**. This role plays a integral part in the daily supervision of the Living Room Bar and the team and to continually improve guest and talent satisfaction. Some responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Take responsibility of the day to day operation of the Living Room Bar
- Communicate effectively between different departments to ensure smooth and seamless service
- Ensures compliance with all hotel policies, standards, and procedures
- Monitors alcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws
- Strives to improve service performance and sets a positive example for guest relations
- Supports Talent on the floor during high demand times
- Complete opening and closing duties including set up and cleaning of equipment
- Create a positive environment for Talents so they can thrive at work
- Provides feedback to Talent based on observation of service behaviors

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Availability to work weekends, rotating shifts, and public holidays when needed
- Current and valid RSA
- Knowledge of beverages and different cocktails, spirts, wines etc
- Focus on service culture for the guests
- Full working rights in Australia
