Reporting to managers on site, you will be responsible for overseeing service standards conducted by staff and leading by example. Successful applicants will have a hands-on approach that will help support and develop a team that thrives in a high-pressure environment.

What You Do
  • Supervise Food and Beverage staff across multiple venues
  • Assist in inventory levels and stock control
  • Cash handling
  • Monitoring customer service standards and ensuring that 5-star service is maintained
  • Oversee staff and assess competency throughout shifts

What We Need From You
  • Leadership qualities to motivate and mentor staff
  • Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional grooming standards
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
