**Your Role**:
We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our Drake Medox team The role is focused on supporting our client to access their community in creative and meaningful ways. This is a great opportunity for you to make a difference in our client's life, as well as enhance your skills and knowledge with ongoing client specific training. Due to the nature and complexity of the individuals' support needs, applicants must be able to demonstrate strong industry knowledge and communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Assisting our client to engage with their community in ways that are meaningful to them
- Supporting our client to maintain and grow their independence in their daily living tasks
- Assist with NDIS goals and creative thinking to maximise quality of life
- Medication Administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Providing true and authentic companionship to the client

**You must currently have**:

- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Certification
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence & Full Comprehensive Car Insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Working With Children Check
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or Relevant Qualifications
- Experience in behaviour management and/or behaviours of concern
