**About the role**

We are partnering with a large state government client based in Carseldine on a long-term engagement as part of their Cyber Security program of work. The clients are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager who will be responsible for creating and implementing organisational change management and communications strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. This person will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and assess business impacts related to technology, people, processes, and organisation.
- Develop change and communications management strategies, including impact analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate project communication activities and training plans for successful project outcomes.
- Track, report, and address risks and issues related to change management

**Skills and experience**
- 5+ years of experience as a Change and Communications Manager in large, complex organisations.
- Previous experience with ICT projects, especially in cyber security or cloud enablement, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in utilising the ICT OCM Framework for effective change management.
- Strong understanding of the change process and how individuals adapt to change.
