**What You’ll Do**
- Inbound & Outbound Sales role
- Own the sales cycle from lead to close—turn interest into contracts
- Build rapport with every customer, treating them with respect, honesty & integrity
- Follow our proven processes while bringing your own creativity & drive

**What You Bring**
- 2+ years of solid Sales experience in Solar/Energy (or a closely related field)
- Exceptional communication, active-listening & negotiation chops
- Proven ability to hit targets, adapt on the fly & bounce back from “no”
- National criminal-history clearance & two managerial references
- Full Australian work rights

**Details**
- Type: Full-time, permanent
- Start: 01 September 2025
- Location: On-site at La Trobe Street, Melbourne CBD
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
