Our client, a dynamic, progressive and established company, are looking for a motivated and results driven Internal Sales Representative Job Description: As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in the sales team by driving revenue growth through effective communication and sales techniques. This position has a Electrical, Industrial & Safety product focus, servicing onshore drilling and production customers. You will be supported by our existing sales teams. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in the sales team by driving revenue growth through effective communication and sales techniques. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.
This position has a Electrical, Industrial & Safety product focus, servicing our onshore drilling and production customers. You will be supported by our existing sales teams. All necessary product and process related training will be provided
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent service to our major blue-chip drilling and production customers.
- Assist in all Internal Sales functions and processes.
- Assist the sales team to prepare sales quotations to Company standards and conduct all follow up activities.
- Sales Order data processing of customer purchase orders and when required, to create vendor purchase orders to complete the sales order process.
- Assistance with incoming sales calls and enquiries.
- Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers.
- Attention to detail and work within a team environment.
**The successful applicant**:
- Previous customer sales experience within industrial sales markets and knowledge of relevant oil & gas products would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite.
- Good communication skills with reasonable computer understanding and the ability for data processing within the company operating system.
- A good level of attention to detail is required to ensure all customer requirements are met during the quotation and sales processing stages.
**Remuneration includes a competitive base salary and a Company bonus plan. The working environment is based in a lively and modern Wacol based office and warehousing complex consisting of a knowledgeable and team focused workforce.**
