We now have an opportunity available for a **Technical Specialist** and as part of our diverse team based in **Chatswood, **this will be a **permanent **role. You’ll help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You’ll feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

You will use your previous experience as a Case Manager/Senior Case Manager or Technical Specialist to coach team members and provide creative and strategic advice in accordance with workers compensation guidelines. This exciting role requires a motivated self-starter to provide technical support and advice to Case Managers.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Participating in meetings with claims teams to provide progress updates and recommendations
- Developing effective working relationships with the claims teams to identify areas for operational improvement across multiple client portfolios
- Establishing effective mechanisms for providing technical feedback (including at an individual and team level), updates and learnings
- Assist with building quality initiatives into EML business processes

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in Influencing, coaching and relationship development skills
- Understanding of relevant NSW workers compensation legislation
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Best practice dispute resolution, negotiation and mediation
- Capability to develop and support continuous improvement initiatives
