We are looking for **Participant Support Specialist** to join our Head Office Team in **Chatswood**, **NSW** to deliver meaningful and purposeful employability skills training across the country.

**About the role**:
You are also required to provide support to the Job Trial Management Team, assist with day-to-day administration of Participants, IT Systems and Compliance. You are also responsible for ensuring that Job Trial delivery is in accordance with all contractual and compliance requirements.

**Job responsibility**:

- First-class service provided for our Participant Concierge services such as contacting students, follow-ups, assisting with enquiries, and providing technical support where required
- Engage and nurture relationships in every interaction to enhance Participant’s experience
- Manage and address all enquiries and requests in a timely and prompt manner
- Investigate and resolve all complaints and liaise with complainants as appropriate
- Provide exceptional customer service and market-leading professional support to all Customers and Stakeholders

**Selection Criteria**:

- High-level communication skills, both oral and written, and a proven commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
- High-level organisation and administration skills
- Ability to effectively use technology in the workplace and coordinate administrative requirements
- A mid-level office administration role in the services industry, preferable employment services
- Experience using the Departments IT System (ESS) preferred but not essential, training will be provided
- Minimum Year 12 completion or a Certificate IV level qualification
