- Pick and pack orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Answering phones, resolving customer queries and placing customer orders
- Stock replenishment
- Ordering stock and managing stock adjustments
- Ensure that the store environment is clean and safe at all times
- Participate in the Stocktake and Cycle count processes as required
- Previous Admin, Customer Service and/or Warehouse experience essential
- Microsoft Office experience essential
