We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative **Lifestyle Services Assistant / Administrator**to join our friendly team at **Northmead** on a **part-time basis.** Your roster will be:

- **Admin**: Saturday 8am - 4pm
- **Lifestyle Services Assistant**:Sunday and Monday 8am - 4pm

**What does your new role look like as a Lifestyle Services Assistant?**
- Actively encouraging residents to participate in a variety of meaningful activities and assist in their delivery
- Communicating effectively with residents, families and volunteers
- Assisting with care plans and programs
- Continually exploring new opportunities and programs to meet the holistic needs of our residents.
- Ensuring all reporting requirements are efficiently completed

**What does your new role look like as a Lifestyle Services Assistant?**
- Maintaining client and staff database/records
- Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers

**About you**:
Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Experience in Aged Care, Community Living or Health Services would be ideal
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service
- Proven initiative and the ability to think outside the box when tailoring activities
- Previous administrative experience
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
- Willing to obtain a NDIS Clearance Check if successful
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
