**How will I Help?**

As the Senior Manager, P&C Governance, Resourcing, and Reporting you will be responsible for leading project governance and reporting for Projects and Change across Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention (FCFP). You will partner with FCFP senior management, as well as all employees to understand their requirements, driving effective project execution across FCFP teams. Key focuses will be to drive operational excellence and maintain good disciplines through strong project governance, collaborative partnerships, leveraging best practice and proven project management methodologies.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Evaluation and allocation of project initiatives across FCFP received through the front door
- Partner with the FCFP functions in driving the identification, evaluation, and planning implementation for all initiatives inclusive of improvement opportunities
- Drive project progress and reporting, cost, risks and issues, and facilitate project decisions (scope, prioritisation, schedule, cost and resourcing decisions) of ongoing change projects
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure key requirements are addressed and strategic and tactical alignment of key initiatives

**What do I need?**
- Significant experience with project management inclusive of governance and oversight
- Strength in analysis, problem solving and business solutions
- In depth working knowledge of best practice, tools, and methodologies
- Experience with automation, simplification, and transformation program management
- An excellent communicator who can work across various levels of management
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple project streams
