**The Role**:

- Our client is a large Financial Services organisation on the lookout for a permanent Business focused Product Manager/Owner to design and implement their Genesys Cloud Roadmap and to be the SME for it.
- Sydney or Melbourne
- 3 days office - 2 from home

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop their Genesys Cloud Roadmap
- Working with clients and users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Translate business objectives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with broader digital transformation strategy
- Creating a product roadmap based on the vision, managing the product backlog and prioritizing based on changing requirements
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development; developing user stories

**About You**:

- 5+ years of Product Manager / Owner experience in a business and CX focused capacity
- Experience working in a highly regulated organisation
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and understanding of design quality standards
