Your new leader is all the above. She is also very experienced in program and project delivery, and you can draw from that experience. She has worked in the business for many years and is widely respected.

Working closely with your new leader, you will be challenged but equally, find it rewarding. The environment is ever-changing and maturing, with multiple in-flight programs and projects in a tightly regulated environment with a low-risk appetite.

You will lead an experienced team of 8-12 Business Analysts in a critical part of the business. The team is responsible for data-focused projects that enhance the business, deliver new products and services and create valuable business insights.

Daily responsibilities include resolving problems, managing stakeholders, coaching and developing the team, resource planning and continuous improvement.

Your experience in project assurance will assist the business as it strives to achieve delivery excellence in line with ISO Project Management standards.

Because of the focus on data, knowledge and skills in data analysis, modelling and mapping with large-scale, complex transformation initiatives are required.

This financial services business focuses strongly on technology, with around half of the 850-strong workforce being technologists.
